• Perform hardware diagnostics, part replacement, firmware updates, and BIOS work across PCs and mobile devices.
• Install and configure Windows Server hosts and virtual machines for lab use, including pfSense, TrueNAS, and Pi-hole.
• Support networking and system tasks involving DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and firewall configuration.
• Author setup notes and troubleshooting guides used by classmates, instructors, and repeat lab tasks.

Technology Department intern gaining hands-on experience in K-12 IT support, student information systems, technology operations, and field technician work.

• Rotated through Admin/Operations, Operational Systems, SIS/Data/Registration, and Technician support to learn district-wide K-12 technology operations.
• Repaired and troubleshot Chromebooks and managed support tickets through Incident IQ (IIQ) across district devices.

Homelab Infrastructure
